Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on nationality. As Pwork Wargames is an Italian company, delivery times are shorter for shipments within Italy and longer for those to Europe and the rest of the world. You can track all updates on the delivery status of your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number, the courier will notify you by email or text message when your order will be delivered.
Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in the world. The countries we cannot reach are Cuba, the Russian Federation, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Myanmar, Antarctica, and Western Sahara.

In Italy, shipping is free for orders equal to or over €150.
In Europe and the UK, shipping is free for orders equal to or over €200.

Customer Accounts & Payments
If you have forgotten your account password, click on “reset password” and set a new one. If your email and password are correct but you still cannot access your account, it is probably a technical error related to your account. Contact us and we will help you enable your account from the back office.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to replace a product, you can return it, obtain a refund, and then place another order for a different product.
If your order has not yet been processed and you wish to change a product in your order, please contact our customer service department at info@pworkwargames.com to find out if it is possible to modify your order, paying the difference if the price is higher or requesting a partial refund if the price is lower.

Only in the case of defective/non-compliant products can you request a replacement or a full refund, subject to our verification of the validity of your request through photos or, if necessary, physical inspection.
If a package/product is clearly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the delivery.

Customizations & Products
Yes, we offer customization options for our game mats. We can customize the dimensions of the game mats or add grids, hexagons, or other graphic elements to the neoprene game mats.
To submit your customization request, please send an email to info@pworkwargames.com specifying all the details relating to the work: type of graphics, dimensions, materials, and work required.
The cost of customization is €20, except for more complex work, and is subject to approval by the graphics team.
No. We only manufacture (and recommend) one-sided mats, which guarantee perfect grip on the table thanks to the rubber backing.
