We deliver within 15 business days from your order date. You will receive an email with the tracking number from the courier when your order is shipped.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Enter your address in the cart and it will automatically calculate shipping costs.
What if I want to return a product?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal (for any reason) within 14 days from the delivery date, resend back the products and request a refund: you will pay only the postage cost for sending back the goods, while the original order cost will be fully refunded.
No goods exchange will be made: If you want to substitute a product, you can return it, get a refund, and then place another order purchasing a different product.

In case of defective / not-conforming products, you can request a full refund, provided that we determine the compliance of your request through photos and, if necessary, physical check.
If a package/product is clearly damaged at the delivery, please do not accept the delivery.

What are the available materials of Pwork game mats?
Pwork mats are available in Neoprene (also called Mousepad) or PVC (also called Vinyl).
- NEOPRENE (MOUSEPAD): the premium game mat. Non-crease, stain-resistant fabric on a 2mm non-slippery rubber foam backing, it lays perfectly and instantly on your tabletop, dice roll softly.
- PVC (VINYL): great value-for-money, high-res print on 500gr anti-glare PVC, roll it with graphics externally, lay it down smoothly on your tabletop, clean it easily with water and soap.

What is the material of Pwork terrain scenery?
Resistant, light-weight, pre-cut and easy to assemble, MDF is an extremely versatile material and very resistant thanks to its 3mm thickness. It can be easily assembled with PVA glue and painted with acrylic colors.
Do you make custom size mats? Can you add hexes, grids, deployment lines etc.?
Yes, we do, only on PVC material. Send the details of your request to [info@pworkwargames.com] and we will provide you with a dedicated quote.
Do you print double sided mats?
No, we don’t. We produce (and recommend) only one-sided mats due to the perfect grip ensured by the rubber backing of the mat.
